Welcome to Wildflower Fitness!  I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years.  I have been a personal trainer for the past 10 years, taught barre classes for 7 of them, taught yoga for the past 6 and have taught a variety of other classes and trained people in a variety of styles.  I am passionate about what I do because I love seeing my clients do things that they never thought they would do!  When a client sees that they are stronger, more capable of change and growth and able to heal/recover and have a healthier/better quality of life - it makes me so excited!  Change is possible and a lot of the time what a person needs to change is some guidance and lots of accountability.  Thats what I am here for!  I have a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition so I am well prepared to help you get moving in the best customized ways to reach your personal goals and also talk about your diet and nutrition to go along with that.  I named my company wildflower fitness for a few reasons.  One of them has to do with my Grandmother and how we used to take long walks down her driveway picking wildflowers.  Another is about the nature of a wildflower.  Wildflowers are so stubborn, they are so resilient, they grow anywhere they want to, they are stronger than they look and they are unique and beautiful!  I want my clients to see that wild, strong resilience within themselves and that they can do whatever it is that they choose to.  Please reach out with any questions and let me know how I can help you make changes for a more beautiful life!
